Job Requirements
- At least one year of experience doing similar or equivalent duties
- A high school education or equivalent
- Must have excellent customer service and time management skills
- Willingness and desire to learn new skills
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening
- Valid driver’s license with no major infractions in the last 12 months

Job Duties
- Ensure all community grounds are clean and free of debris
- Clean tour pathways, breezeways, stairwells, parking lots, amenity areas, and dumpster areas
- Assist with the make-ready process including removing trash, painting, and cleaning
- Conduct routine community inspections
- Complete groundskeeping tasks such as landscaping, exterior painting and repairs, irrigation, and pool upkeep
- Follow directions from the Service Manager
- Maintain a vibrant and welcoming community appearance
