The role of Porter at Kairoi Residential is a crucial position that contributes significantly to the visual appeal and maintenance of our communities. As a Porter, you will be the Champion of Community Appearance, responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the community grounds are immaculate and inviting. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of various areas such as tour pathways, breezeways, stairwells, parking lots, amenity spots, and dumpster areas. This role requires attentiveness to detail and a proactive approach to upkeep, ensuring the environment remains welcoming for all current and prospective residents.

Additionally, the Porter supports the make-ready process for apartment homes, which includes tasks like trash removal, painting, and cleaning. You will also assist in comprehensive community inspections and engage in groundskeeping duties such as landscaping, exterior painting and repairs, irrigation maintenance, and pool upkeep under the guidance of the Service Manager.
