Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to connect and engage with others and communicate efficiently and effectively
- Customer service and customer facing experience
- Some knowledge of the health, fitness and/or wellness industry
- Three years of experience in maintaining and cleaning an amenity space, a fitness center/gym preferable
- Physical ability to perform all required tasks (must be able to lift 50lbs)
- Ability to connect with others to keep the team aligned and focused
- Discipline and willingness to do what needs to be done
- Love for doing what others won’t and solving difficult problems
- Desire to grow and take on ever increasing responsibility
- Experience working in a multi-family environment preferred

Job Duties
- Maintain a beautiful space by setting up for fitness classes, cleaning equipment, laundry for towels, tidy locker rooms, conducting daily and weekly cleaning and maintenance tasks as well as other tasks deemed necessary by Fitness Center management
- Welcome and assist all residents and members in a friendly and professional manner
- Greet members with an enthusiastic and energizing vibe
- Contribute to the team, the member experience and the club to create a better community
