Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of experience maintaining and cleaning amenity spaces preferably fitness centers
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Knowledge of health fitness and wellness industry
- Ability to work onsite in New York City
- Flexible schedule
- Willingness to perform physical tasks
Job Qualifications
- Ability to connect and engage with others and communicate efficiently and effectively
- Customer service and customer facing experience
- Knowledge of the health fitness and/or wellness industry
- 3 years of experience in maintaining and cleaning an amenity space a fitness center/gym preferable
- Physical ability to perform all required tasks must be able to lift 50lbs
- Discipline and willingness to do what needs to be done
- Love for doing what others won’t and solving difficult problems
- Desire to grow and take on ever increasing responsibility
- Experience in a multi-family environment preferred
Job Duties
- Maintain a beautiful space by setting up for fitness classes cleaning equipment laundry for towels tidy locker rooms conducting daily and weekly cleaning and maintenance tasks as well as other tasks deemed necessary by Fitness Center management
- Welcome and assist all residents and members in a friendly and professional manner greeting members with an enthusiastic and energizing vibe
- Contribute to the team the member experience and the club to create a better community
