Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license to operate golf cart
- ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, carry and lift weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to respond to on-call situations
- ability to follow safety and risk management policies
- ability to report accidents and incidents accurately and promptly
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in property maintenance or related field preferred
- valid driver’s license
- basic knowledge of maintenance tools and safety procedures
- good communication and customer service skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- physical ability to perform manual tasks and work in various weather conditions
Job Duties
- Inspect the community daily to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings and maintain cleanliness of common areas and amenities
- remove trash and items from vacant apartments before make-ready process and maintain storage areas
- complete minor and routine service requests as directed and assist with apartment turnovers
- change locks following property policies and ensure pool gates comply with safety standards
- distribute notices and communications to residents
- report hazards or dangerous situations to supervisors promptly
- demonstrate respectful and responsive customer service towards residents and guests
- attend safety meetings, complete OSHA training, and report accidents timely
