Job Requirements

General maintenance experience
basic knowledge of maintenance repair and service
positive attitude and strong work ethic
willingness to work weekends as needed
ability to work weekends as required

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
ability to work independently and as part of a team
good physical stamina for walking and manual tasks
effective communication skills
customer service orientation

Job Duties

Walk the grounds and common areas daily, removing litter and debris from lawns, planting beds, parking areas, sidewalks, ramps, and indoor spaces
empty trash receptacles as needed
clean hallways, lobbies, stairwells, elevator cars, and other common areas by vacuuming, dusting, buffing, and washing
operate power washer and clean or vacuum pool as needed
assist the maintenance team with various tasks when required
