Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of basic maintenance, groundskeeping, or general labor experience preferred
- Strong customer service mindset and positive attitude
- Attention to detail and pride in keeping properties presentable
- Ability to perform light maintenance tasks
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Maintain exceptional curb appeal by keeping grounds, amenities, and buildings clean and well-maintained
- Perform general groundskeeping and pool area upkeep
- Assist with landscaping tasks, including planting, weeding, and trimming
- Remove trash and debris from the property
- Complete light maintenance tasks such as touch-up painting, replacing light bulbs, and cleaning first-floor windows
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
