- high school diploma or equivalent
- physical ability to lift and carry up to 30 lb
- must be able to work full-time 40 hours per week
- willingness to work under direction of maintenance foreman and apartment manager
- bilingual skills a plus
- reliable and organized
- commitment to following company policies

Job Duties
- lift and carry 30 lb up stairs
- grounds care including trash pick-up
- work under direction of maintenance foreman and apartment manager
- maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas

- assist with general property upkeep
- support maintenance team as needed
