Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in groundskeeping, janitorial, or related roles preferred
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Capability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift heavy objects
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work alone or with a team
Competence in operating landscaping equipment and tools safely
Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation preferred

Job Qualifications

Prior groundskeeping, janitorial, or porter experience preferred
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a beautiful property
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Ability to safely operate basic landscaping equipment and tools
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

Job Duties

Maintain cleanliness of all outdoor areas including sidewalks, parking lots, breezeways, hallways, pool areas, and common grounds
Remove trash and debris daily from the property including pet waste stations and trash receptacles
Assist with lawn care and landscaping duties such as watering plants and flowers
Perform minor maintenance tasks and assist maintenance team with work orders and special projects
Ensure community amenities are clean, safe, and in good working order
Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or property damage to Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager
Assist with snow removal, pressure washing, and seasonal clean-up as required
Support turnover of vacant units by assisting with trash-outs, cleaning, and basic prep work
Provide excellent customer service to residents, vendors, and team members
