Job Requirements
- high school education or GED preferred but not required
- ability to stand or walk for 6-8 hours in an 8 hour workday
- minimum 1-3 years housekeeping experience preferably in hospitality or healthcare environment
- commitment to safety standards and community hospitality promises
- ability to work under supervision and collaboratively with staff and residents

Job Duties
- perform routine and periodic cleaning of common and non-residential areas including corridors restrooms offices break rooms and utility rooms
- carry out floor care duties such as vacuuming extracting sweeping mopping waxing buffing and spotting
- remove trash and police grounds for litter
- clean elevators high and low dusting and clean walls and other surfaces
- assist with move-in preparations including moving furniture appliances and other items
- provide support for cleanup of leaks spills floods fire and other emergencies
- maintain work area and ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards
