Job Requirements
- Prior stocking and porter experience preferred
- ability to work full time with open availability including weekends
- ability to follow all safety procedures
- physical capability to perform lifting and moving tasks
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
- ability to comply with company policies
- willingness to wear required safety equipment
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior stocking and porter experience preferred
- ability to follow safety procedures
- attention to detail and cleanliness
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- good communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Ensures tables are bussed, cleared and cleaned
- clears and sweeps floors during peak service times and preps prior to service
- follows safety procedures when transporting dishes and utensils
- washes dishes, glasses, and pots
- cleans cooking stations and equipment
- scrapes and rinses food from dishes and ensures sanitation
- keeps display equipment clean and compliant with safety standards
- helps receive heavy deliveries and transports them safely
- ensures proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of serving temperatures
- commits to personal and workplace safety
- abides by company safety protocols including use of protective gloves and shoes
