Job Requirements
- Prior experience in porter or related roles preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to work full-time Monday through Friday with variable hours
- Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
- Basic communication skills
- Ability to maintain sanitation standards during food service operations
- Commitment to safety and team collaboration
Job Qualifications
- Prior porter, housemen, inventory, facilities assistant or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Knowledge of safety procedures and proper lifting techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work during peak service times
- Ability to follow company policies and safety protocols
- Good communication skills
- Commitment to personal and team safety
Job Duties
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of front of house including tables, counters, floors, windows, and beverage station
- Ensures tables are bussed, cleared and cleaned and floors are cleared and swept during peak service times and prepped prior to service
- Follows safety procedures when transporting dishes and utensils using trays, bus tubs or carts
- Washes dishes, glasses and pots and cleans cooking stations and equipment to maintain sanitation standards
- Scrapes and rinses food from dishes and washes them by hand or uses dishwashing machine ensuring cleanliness and sanitation
- Keeps display equipment clean and in compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Helps receive heavy deliveries and transports them to storage areas following safe lifting standards
