Job Duties

  • Greeting guests immediately upon arrival
  • providing exceptional customer service
  • facilitating the check in at the vehicle with an iPad
  • scanning the VIN in the door jamb
  • performing video walk around inspection of each vehicle checking in
  • tagging keys and vehicle for the appropriate team
  • escorting guests to relevant personnel and departments
  • cleaning the interiors and exteriors of vehicles
  • inspect and follow floor mat recall procedures
  • placing protective covers on driver's floor board
  • moving vehicles as needed to different locations on the auto dealership lot
  • performing an active vehicle delivery for clients checking out
  • valeting vehicles to and from the dealership
  • shuttling guests
  • performing opening and closing duties as assigned
  • cleaning the dealership parking lot including picking up trash and removing snow or ice
  • running errands for the Service department
  • perform straightforward tasks
  • address guest inquiries with helpful information
  • maintain a professional image at all times
  • handle baggage and items for guests
  • ensure equipment and facilities are safe clean and organized
  • report any safety concerns or violations to superiors
