Job Duties
- Greeting guests immediately upon arrival
- providing exceptional customer service
- facilitating the check in at the vehicle with an iPad
- scanning the VIN in the door jamb
- performing video walk around inspection of each vehicle checking in
- tagging keys and vehicle for the appropriate team
- escorting guests to relevant personnel and departments
- cleaning the interiors and exteriors of vehicles
- inspect and follow floor mat recall procedures
- placing protective covers on driver's floor board
- moving vehicles as needed to different locations on the auto dealership lot
- performing an active vehicle delivery for clients checking out
- valeting vehicles to and from the dealership
- shuttling guests
- performing opening and closing duties as assigned
- cleaning the dealership parking lot including picking up trash and removing snow or ice
- running errands for the Service department
- perform straightforward tasks
- address guest inquiries with helpful information
- maintain a professional image at all times
- handle baggage and items for guests
- ensure equipment and facilities are safe clean and organized
- report any safety concerns or violations to superiors
