Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of maintenance experience preferred
- Customer centric with warm demeanor
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong planning and prioritization skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with deadlines
- Maintain organized filing and office areas
- Valid driver’s license and transportation if applicable
- Knowledge of local city and transportation
- Fluent English language
- Basic technology skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Job Qualifications
- 1-3 years of maintenance experience preferred
- Customer centric with positive attitude and impeccable follow through
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Efficient in planning, prioritizing, and motivating team members
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks
- Maintain an organized filing system
- Valid driver’s license and own transportation (New Orleans)
- Knowledge of local city and transportation options
- Fluent in English
- Basic technology proficiency including smartphones and computers
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office
Job Duties
- Ensure our property looks exceptional at all times
- Follow all safety programs and policies
- Communicate maintenance needs and resident concerns
- Assist with operational tasks to ensure efficient property management
- Complete unit-turns for vacated apartments
- Assist with setting up and taking down resident events
- Proactively solve problems and take on additional responsibilities
- Seek leadership opportunities within the team
