As a Porter at Kairoi Residential, you will play an essential role in maintaining the aesthetic appeal and cleanliness of the community. Your responsibilities will ensure that every area within the property is inviting and impeccably maintained. This includes caring for tour pathways, parking lots, stairwells, breezeways, dumpster areas, and various amenity spaces. The role involves supporting the make-ready process by assisting with trash removal, painting, and cleaning tasks. Furthermore, you will be involved in routine inspections and assist with groundskeeping, landscaping, minor repairs, irrigation system maintenance, and pool upkeep under the guidance of the Service Manager.
