Job Duties
- ensure that all community grounds, tour pathways, breezeways, stairwells, parking lots, amenity areas, and dumpster areas are clean and free of debris
- assist with the make-ready process of apartment homes including removing trash, painting, and cleaning
- perform routine community inspections
- complete groundskeeping, landscaping, exterior painting and repairs, irrigation tasks, and pool upkeep as directed by the Service Manager
