The role of Venue Cleaner at Live Nation Entertainment is integral to the success of live events. This position focuses on maintaining cleanliness and safety for every guest from the moment they enter the venue until the show concludes. The Venue Cleaner is responsible for the daily upkeep of the venue’s interior and exterior, ensuring that all public areas, restrooms, equipment, and guest seating are spotless and prepared for large crowds. Attention to detail is crucial, as the cleaner will disinfect fixtures, sweep floors, restock restroom supplies, and ensure trash is promptly removed. This role not only supports the operational excellence of concerts but also directly contributes to an exceptional fan experience.

The job demands physical stamina since it requires walking, climbing stairs, and lifting heavy objects regularly. Job Duties
- Keep the venue safe and clean at all times including cleaning and disinfecting all fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors, and restroom walls
- Keep guest-facing areas free of trash
- Restock restroom paper materials and hygiene products as needed
- Ensure the venue is show ready before guests arrive
- Stock all necessary items prior to guest entry
- Clean up spills to maintain safety
- Keep work areas neat and tidy
- Clean equipment and assist with other cleaning duties
- Participate in venue recycling efforts before, during and after the show
- Ensure guests' seats are clean from debris before doors open
- Display a heart of service attitude
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders for basic maintenance
- Use hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment for duties
- Perform all other assigned duties as needed
