Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
must have 6 months of experience cleaning, stripping, and waxing floors
must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
must have reliable transportation
must be able to hold a high level of personal integrity and remain focused on the job at hand
ability to work well under minimal supervision
able to follow instructions
strong attention to detail
physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 30lbs, bend, kneel, and twist to perform the necessary cleaning duties as necessary

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Strip and wax floors on multiple levels
be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, public areas, etc.
manage time effectively to complete tasks daily
sweeping and mopping floors
vacuuming and cleaning carpets
restocking, cleaning, and sanitizing restrooms
cleaning windows and restrooms
removing trash
dusting
