Additionally, the Porter is tasked with moving commercial-size vehicles regularly, requiring a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and safe driving practices. The role supports the smooth operation of the company by handling maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning furniture, replenishing supplies, and managing waste disposal according to safety guidelines.

The employment type for this position is hourly, with a pay rate ranging from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour. Prospective candidates should expect to use a variety of tools, including hand tools and air impact wrenches, and must obtain forklift certification within 90 days of hire.
