AEG (Anschutz Entertainment Group) is a global leader in sports and live entertainment, with a rich history spanning more than 20 years. The company is renowned for its vast portfolio of over 300 venues across the world, which host a variety of events, including concerts, sports games, and cultural performances. Each year, AEG proudly welcomes over 160 million guests, promotes more than 10,000 shows, and presents over 22,000 events worldwide. This extensive reach underscores AEG's dedication to innovation, artistry, and community engagement, making it a pioneer in the entertainment industry. The company combines powerful assets such as leading sports franchises, marquee music brands, integrated entertainment districts, a premier ticketing platform, and global sponsorship activations to craft unforgettable experiences for fans and audiences globally.

At AEG, the team embraces diversity and inclusivity, ensuring that their workforce mirrors the diverse backgrounds of the artists, athletes, and fans they serve. The company is also committed to sustainable practices that reduce environmental impact and support the communities where they operate. If you thrive in a dynamic environment where you can challenge yourself and contribute to giving the world a reason to cheer, AEG offers an exciting and fulfilling career environment.

The Porter (Custodial) role at AEG is integral to maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall upkeep of AEG’s world-class venues. This position focuses on ensuring that all areas of the venue — including the main floor, balcony, backstage, bathrooms, and bars — are spotless and welcoming for guests. The role also involves performing routine building maintenance tasks such as changing lightbulbs, light construction work, painting, and restocking cleaning supplies. The Porter ensures that the venue meets high standards of cleanliness and safety before and after events, playing a crucial role in the success and smooth operation of each event hosted by AEG.

This part-time position offers a competitive pay scale ranging from $17.87 to $18.00 per hour. While it is not eligible for bonuses under the current plan, the position may qualify for benefits under the Affordable Care Act. The role requires availability during nights, weekends, and holidays to meet the varying schedules of live events. AEG values punctuality, reliability, and a strong team spirit, and the ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, an ability to work in fast-paced environments, and a positive attitude towards providing superior customer service.

Joining AEG as a Porter means contributing directly to the quality and success of some of the most exciting live events in the world. You'll be part of a dedicated team that takes pride in their work and supports the company’s mission to provide memorable moments and experiences for millions of guests annually. Additionally, AEG fosters an inclusive work environment where employees are encouraged to grow and develop their skills. This role is a perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, is ready to take on a variety of responsibilities, and wants to be part of a company that values community and innovation.
