Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience as a busser or porter preferred
- strong team player mindset
- clean background check
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical stamina to perform janitorial duties
- adherence to health and safety standards
- reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- Ability to operate and program POS system
- computer savvy
- experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant or food hall environment preferred
- customer service skills
- excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- conflict resolution skills
- ability to lift more than 50 lbs as needed
- reliable transportation to and from work
- TIPS certification or ability to obtain
Job Duties
- Bus tables and bar
- maintain a clean environment for customers
- perform janitorial duties as needed
- conduct restroom checks and maintenance
- provide excellent customer service
- report to bar staff and management
