Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Prior porter, janitorial, custodial, or groundskeeping experience preferred
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and reliability/punctuality
- Basic communication skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to bend, kneel, climb stairs, and work indoors and outdoors as needed
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas including lobby, hallways, restrooms, break areas, stairwells, elevators, sidewalks, and entries
- Collect and remove trash and recycling
- replace liners
- maintain waste rooms and containers
- Perform routine floor care such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning
- Support move-in and move-out needs including area prep, light maintenance, painting, and team coordination
- Assist with event and meeting room set-ups and breakdowns including tables, chairs, and supplies
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or security concerns to the appropriate team member
- Restock supplies like paper products, soap, and cleaning materials and notify supervisor when inventory is low
- Follow safety procedures and proper use/storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Provide courteous customer service and respond promptly to requests within scope
