These tasks include thorough cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, washing, and waxing of hallways, floors, and stairs, along with vacuuming and use of floor polishers. The Porter's responsibilities extend beyond cleaning to include basic maintenance and landscaping, clearing snow and ice from sidewalks and driveways, and ensuring the overall appearance of common areas is exceptional.
