Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to perform manual labor including heavy lifting and outdoor work
- availability for rotating on-call schedule including evenings and weekends
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong work ethic and team player mentality
- basic maintenance and cleaning skills
Job Qualifications

- prior experience in maintenance or property upkeep preferred
- ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- strong attention to detail
- excellent teamwork and communication skills
- reliability and flexibility to work varied shifts
- valid driver’s license is a plus
Job Duties
- maintain daily upkeep of community grounds buildings and pools
- ensure overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the apartment community
- perform heavy lifting and waste clean-up
- assist with various maintenance projects including pressure washing and light touch-up painting
- conduct apartment trash-outs
- be available for rotating on-call schedule to handle after-hours emergency needs
- contribute to a safe and welcoming community environment
