Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- physically able to perform duties including walking, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- able to work independently and follow instructions
- good communication skills
- reliable and punctual
- willing to work outdoors and in various weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- previous experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or landscaping is a plus but not required
- strong work ethic and great eye for detail
- ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- ability to perform physical tasks including walking, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- positive attitude and commitment to maintaining clean and safe community
Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness of entire property by removing litter and debris daily
- clean walkways and ensure dumpster areas are tidy
- keep all common areas including lobbies, hallways, laundry rooms, and pool areas clean and presentable
- assist maintenance team with light-duty tasks such as changing light bulbs, painting touch-ups, changing locks, and preparing vacant units
- distribute community notices to residents and provide friendly, helpful presence on property
