The Porter role at BH plays a vital function in ensuring the upkeep and cleanliness of the multifamily residential communities managed by the company. This full-time onsite position reports directly to the Community Manager and focuses on maintaining the condition of both exterior grounds and interior common areas of the properties. The Porter is instrumental in providing an attractive living environment for residents and representing BH’s commitment to excellent customer service. Duties include managing trash removal, maintaining landscaping, parking lots, sidewalks, and other exterior infrastructures, as well as assisting with interior common area upkeep such as cleaning, organizing workspaces, and even pool area maintenance when necessary. The role requires someone who demonstrates a strong customer service orientation, operates professionally, and respects the company’s values. Physical activity is a significant part of the job, which involves lifting, moving, and manual maintenance tasks in all weather conditions.
