Job Requirements
- entry-level position
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to perform full range of motion with upper and lower body
- ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, crawl, and climb stairs continuously
- ability to work with both hands for frequent grasping and manipulation
- ability to push or pull items and reach overhead
- ability to operate a motor vehicle onsite if applicable
- ability to work in all weather conditions
- basic computer skills
- previous experience in grounds maintenance or janitorial work is a plus
- availability to work Monday to Friday with flexibility for overtime and extended hours as needed
Job Qualifications
- previous knowledge of grounds maintenance, landscaping and/or general maintenance/janitorial experience is a plus
- working knowledge of basic interior/exterior maintenance, hand tools and cleaning equipment
- basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair is a plus
- basic computer skills/knowledge required to perform job functions
Job Duties
- maintain the condition of exterior grounds and common areas of the property including trash chute, trash compactor, landscaping, parking lots, sidewalks, driveways, buildings, and gutters
- assist with trash outs after move-outs when applicable
- maintain the cleanliness and organization of work areas and maintenance shops
- assist with cleaning and maintaining the pool and surrounding area
- post notices to vacate and other community communication if applicable
- represent the company in a professional and courteous manner
- perform other duties as assigned
