As a company, TA is passionately committed to growth, innovation, and sustainability, evidenced by its expanding network of travel centers, adoption of advanced technologies, and pursuit of alternative energy initiatives. Headquartered in Westlake, Ohio, TA prides itself on a culture where every team member is considered a stakeholder in the company’s success. The Customer Service Attendant role at TravelCenters of America is a vital position that ensures clean, sanitary, and welcoming environments across TA's extensive network of travel centers. Each travel center offers a convenient one-stop shopping experience, featuring a wide array of name-brand products such as Grab 'N Go foods, groceries, snacks, electronics, maintenance supplies, clothing, and gifts. The Customer Service Attendant maintains the facility’s cleanliness to TA’s high standards, creating a pleasant atmosphere that helps TA fulfill its promise of "returning every traveler to the road better than they came." This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and exceptional customer service while offering a dynamic work environment.

Individuals in this role engage with a friendly, supportive team and enjoy a workplace culture focused on collaboration and respect. Flexibility is important as the role might require working during nights, weekends, and some holidays to support continuous coverage and maintain service quality. The position also offers opportunities for growth and career advancement in a company that values development and invests in its people.

Compensation is competitive and reflects the responsibilities and experience related to the role. Benefits include comprehensive health packages, 401(k) plans with company match, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, and various discounts, further enhancing the employee experience at TA.
