The Customer Service Attendant role at TravelCenters of America is vital to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction at TA’s travel centers. Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks involving standing, walking, kneeling, stooping, bending, crouching, crawling, and climbing
- Basic knowledge of cleaning methods and use of cleaning supplies
- Strong attention to safety and security guidelines
- Excellent communication skills
- Enthusiasm to work as part of a team
- Previous experience in a similar custodial or customer service role preferred

Job Duties
- Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service
- Clean all areas of the facility as directed and provide our guests with a clean, sanitary environment
- Know and follow all safety and security guidelines and procedures
- Alert to and report potentially unsafe situations caused by team members and guests
- Take corrective action when necessary
- Wear and use protective equipment properly and safely
- Know quantities and types of cleaning supplies used for each cleaning assignment
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
