The Porter position at Parker Hilltop I, a community managed by Asset Living, plays a critical role in the property's maintenance operations. This role is responsible for assisting the maintenance team in carrying out essential corrective, preventive, routine, and cosmetic maintenance tasks. The Porter focuses on the upkeep of community grounds, buildings, and common areas to ensure they meet the property’s high standards. Duties include cleaning, trash removal, making repairs, responding promptly to resident and management requests, and inspecting the property daily for hazardous conditions or necessary improvements. The Porter supports the preventative maintenance program, helps maintain an organized maintenance shop, adheres to safety and OSHA guidelines, and assists in emergency on-call situations.

Job Duties
- Community maintenance
- Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
- Responsible for cleaning, trash removal, and general maintenance of grounds, buildings, breezeways, and all interior and exterior community common areas
- Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner
- Ensure all repairs and replacements necessary for grounds, buildings, breezeways, and community common areas are completed in a timely manner
- Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify, minimize, and correct hazardous property conditions or liability concerns
- Assist in maintaining a preventative maintenance program that extends the life of the community while minimizing future repairs
