We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented team member to join our maintenance team. This role focuses on maintaining cleanliness, safety, and appearance of our apartment community to enhance the residents' quality of life. As a vital member of the property upkeep effort, the successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning common areas, assisting with basic repairs and maintenance, responding promptly to service requests, and supporting overall property management goals. This position requires an individual who takes pride in their work, adheres to safety procedures, and collaborates effectively with other team members. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate excellent communication skills and be committed to applying fair housing standards and company policies while delivering outstanding service.

This is a full-time position with hours Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Employees in this role are compensated with an hourly wage, and the position is eligible for monthly renewal bonuses following completion of the specified waiting period.
