The role of Customer Service Attendant at TravelCenters of America is critical in upholding the company’s high standards for cleanliness and customer satisfaction. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to stand, walk, kneel, stoop, bend over, crouch, crawl, climb and perform repetitive use of legs
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures

  • Take corrective action when necessary

  • Know quantities and types of cleaning supplies used for each cleaning assignment
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
