Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous janitorial or maintenance experience in multifamily housing preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance required
- Reliable transportation is required for travel to other sites or trainings
- Ability to operate a golf cart and safely navigate the property
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, stooping, bending, twisting, crouching, climbing stairs or ladders up to six feet
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Willingness to respond to after-hours emergencies
- Comfortable using property management software

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas including hallways, restrooms, leasing office, clubhouse, laundry rooms, and fitness center
- Clean nightly rental units
- Remove litter and debris from grounds, parking lots, and pathways daily
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, wash windows, pressure wash surfaces, and clean light fixtures
- Assist with janitorial tasks, trash disposal, and maintaining curb appeal
- Document work performed in property management software
- Support maintenance team with unit turnovers and light upkeep
- Operate a golf cart safely to access various parts of the property
- Be available for after-hours emergency response
- Travel to other properties and attend required trainings
