With a strong reputation within the healthcare industry, the company prioritizes quality service, employee development, and community trust. As a full-time employer offering first shift positions with rotating weekends, Omnia360 provides competitive hourly wages ranging from $14.00 to $16.00, depending on experience and skills. The company also emphasizes safety, integrity, and the delivery of compassionate care within all its managed facilities.
The Porter role at Omnia360 is a vital position responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and sanitary conditions in residential healthcare environments. This role requires dedication to thorough cleaning practices including cleaning assigned rooms and common areas, restocking supplies, and reporting any maintenance or safety issues to supervisors. The Porter supports not only routine janitorial tasks but also assists in specialty areas such as assisted living, long-term care, and laundry services. The position is ideal for individuals with prior housekeeping or janitorial experience, especially those familiar with healthcare settings, although the company provides safety training to ensure all employees meet required standards.
This full-time position offers significant opportunities for growth and benefits, including a 401(k) retirement plan with up to a 4% company match, health savings account options, and comprehensive insurance packages covering health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance. Paid time off starts accruing immediately from the first day of employment, complemented by nine paid holidays annually. Additional benefits include supplemental coverage options such as accidental, hospital indemnity, and critical illness insurance, as well as education reimbursement and an Employee Assistance Program.
Omnia360 values a solid work history with excellent attendance and punctuality. Successful candidates are self-motivated, capable of working independently with minimal supervision, and must be able to pass drug tests as well as FBI/BCI background checks and healthcare sanctions checks. This ensures a safe and trustworthy environment for residents and staff alike. The company actively promotes diversity and equal opportunity employment, welcoming applicants from all backgrounds to apply. Omnia360’s supportive culture and comprehensive benefits make it an outstanding choice for individuals seeking stable employment and a chance to contribute meaningfully to the health and wellness of the community.
