The company has established itself as a trusted partner in real estate by fostering thriving communities on a national scale. Asset Living's portfolio includes a diverse range of property types such as multifamily apartments, single-family home rentals, affordable housing, build-to-rent communities, active adult living, and student housing units. This diversity highlights its versatility and commitment to addressing various community housing needs with excellence.

With decades of experience, Asset Living has grown from a small property management entity into one of the most reliable allies in the real estate sector. This growth has been driven by a passionate team of professionals who bring a wealth of talent and diversity to the company. The company culture is centered around collaboration, empowerment, and continuous improvement, united under the guiding principle, 'Together We Lead, Together We Succeed.' This approach fosters an inclusive environment where every voice is heard, creative ideas are welcomed, and opportunities for personal and professional growth are abundant.

Asset Living is recognized as one of the nation’s Best and Brightest Places to Work and is ranked among the National Multifamily Housing Council’s (NMHC) top 50 property management firms. Additionally, it holds affiliation with The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and carries the distinction of an Accredited Management Organization (AMO). These accolades affirm its leadership and commitment to excellence in property management.

The role of Porter at Asset Living is a crucial position responsible for supporting the maintenance processes of various properties. This includes corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance tasks essential to maintaining the high standards of the communities managed. This full-time hourly position offers a competitive salary range of $16 to $19 per hour and is accompanied by a comprehensive total rewards package. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, accidental, and disability insurance, a 401K plan with employer matching, paid sick days, company holidays, and eligibility for commissions and performance bonuses when applicable. The Porter’s work is physically demanding, requiring regular movement across varied terrains, lifting heavy objects of 100 plus pounds, operating machinery, and enduring outdoor weather conditions. The role demands reliability, attention to detail, safety awareness, and a strong commitment to excellent customer service and community interaction.

Joining Asset Living as a Porter means becoming part of a dynamic, growth-oriented company where teamwork, dedication, and leadership are valued.
