In this role, you will engage with customers by shuttling them to and from their destinations while their vehicles are serviced, providing an excellent customer experience beyond sales and service transactions. Your duties will also include meticulous detailing of car exteriors and interiors, utilizing cleaning solutions and proper techniques to uphold the highest standards. Maintaining the inventory involves ensuring vehicles are clean and in optimal condition, managing stock documentation in vehicles, and keeping display lots well-organized and visually appealing. Facility maintenance is another critical component of the position, encompassing tasks such as emptying trash, tidying service bays, and cleaning outdoor areas including driveways and sidewalks, even extending to snow removal during winter conditions. Fueling new and used vehicle deliveries per the direction of management is also part of the role. Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in automotive detailing or related field preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, walking, and standing for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Detail vehicles exterior and interior using cleaning solution, water, cloths and brushes
  • Shuttles customers to and from destination requested when their vehicle is in for service
  • Maintains new and used vehicle inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles
  • Places vehicle stock documentation in vehicles as requested
  • Keeps new and used inventory lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the Service Manager and in accordance with dealership display standards
  • Maintains facility, empties trash cans, tidying service bays, cleans driveway and sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessary
  • Fuels new and used vehicle deliveries as directed by General Manager or Service Manager
  • Other related duties as assigned
