The role of Building Cleaning Worker at Vintage Pointe, located at 6500 Vegas Drive, is integral to maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of Brookfield's commercial and institutional properties. This position encompasses duties such as cleaning offices, bathrooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas. Building Cleaning Workers are responsible for a variety of tasks including wet or dry mopping floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, removing rubbish, pressure washing, and graffiti removal. The role also involves minor repairs, painting, carpentry, replenishment of bathroom supplies, landscaping, and snow removal where necessary.

Additionally, workers perform tasks like sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing floors, lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
