Job Requirements
- One year prior experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to continuously stand or walk
- Ability to bend, squat, climb stairs, and frequently lift
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds consistently and up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Willingness to work in patient care areas
- Commitment to workplace safety
Job Qualifications
- One year prior experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity and concern for work-safety programs
- Willingness to work in patient care areas
- Demonstrated patience working with seniors
Job Duties
- Perform custodial work including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, emptying trash, cleaning windows in common areas
- Collect, wash, and return resident laundry
- Periodically inspect all units, buildings, and common areas
- Perform light repairs and janitorial assistance as needed
- Ensure storage areas and entrances are locked and adequately lit
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
