Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
minimum one year groundskeeping experience
ability to pass drug screen and extensive background check
ability to stand, walk, use hands and handle objects
ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally
availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
commitment to a drug free, harassment free workplace

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

previous property management experience preferred
