Duties include upkeep of building accessibility, removal of litter and debris, landscaping tasks, janitorial duties, and minor maintenance work including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tasks where applicable. The Porter also collaborates with onsite maintenance and management staff to address ongoing maintenance requests, reinforcing a cohesive team environment.
