As a Porter at Fulcrum Real Estate Services, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our managed properties. Your duties will include keeping property grounds, walkways, and shared spaces clean and orderly by performing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and seasonal upkeep like snow and leaf removal. You will assist with light maintenance tasks as needed and report any issues that require further attention. Working closely with management, you will respond promptly to requests about safety or cleanliness concerns, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. The position requires a readiness to work outdoors in all weather conditions and involves moderate physical activity including lifting, bending, and extended periods of standing.
