Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in maintenance or food service preferred
Ability to work morning shifts starting at 4 AM
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and manual labor
Strong organizational skills
Ability to follow safety and sanitation standards
Effective communication skills
Dependability and punctuality

Job Duties

Provide superior maintenance to interior and exterior of restaurant
Maintain the appearance of the building and grounds, including landscaping and snow removal
Put food order away, rotate stock in cooler, freezer and dry storage area
Monitor shelf life and code dates
Maintain a working knowledge of the operation of restaurant equipment
Complete scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment
