The company is currently seeking to hire a Porter, a key role within the maintenance team responsible for assisting in various maintenance processes across its properties. This position involves performing corrective, preventive, routine, and cosmetic maintenance tasks under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. The Porter’s responsibilities include supporting make-ready processes, ensuring the upkeep of grounds, buildings, breezeways, and common areas, and responding promptly to resident and management requests. The role is vital in maintaining a safe, clean, and attractive living environment that meets the operational objectives of the community.

Porters need to be physically capable of performing demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects, navigating various terrains, and working in diverse weather conditions. They participate actively in the community’s preventative maintenance program, helping to extend the life of property assets and minimize future repairs.
