Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in warehouse, retail, or production support preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Effective communication skills in English for understanding instructions
- Ability to follow safety protocols
- Reliable and punctual with good attendance
- Strong work ethic and integrity
- Flexibility to switch tasks or departments as needed
- Ability to operate cleaning and waste equipment safely
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of safety guidelines and procedures for cleaning and maintenance tasks
Job Duties
- Transport items between departments and assist with supply movement as needed
- Maintain inventory of supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishment
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe and clean environment for customers and staff
- Provide excellent customer service by anticipating the needs of the production staff so they can accelerate their workflow
- Load and unload merchandise safely and efficiently from delivery trucks or trailers
- Operate and maintain trash compactor equipment to manage waste effectively
- Organize and replenish supplies such as hangers, sensors, racks, carts, and bins on the production floor
