We are currently inviting passionate and community-driven individuals to join our team as a full-time Porter at Lexington Reserve, one of our well-maintained 61-unit residential communities located in Portsmouth, VA. This full-time position operates from Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and offers competitive base hourly pay, which is discussed during the interview process. Employees also benefit from automatic hourly pay increases every quarter after the initial 90-days, ensuring consistent financial growth. As a Porter, the successful candidate will be integral to the overall maintenance and aesthetic appeal of the Lexington Reserve community. This role involves ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of property grounds, amenities, common areas, and buildings, contributing directly to creating a pristine and pleasant environment for all residents. Beyond maintenance responsibilities, the Porter will be expected to respond promptly to any unusual circumstances or resident concerns, adhering to company policies and safety standards while always maintaining a professional demeanor. Exceptional customer service skills are essential in this role, as the Porter will interact with residents frequently, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering a supportive community atmosphere.

This position is ideal for individuals who are motivated, able to work independently, and have a hands-on approach to property management maintenance. Experience with cleaning compounds, pressure washing, and general groundskeeping is considered beneficial but not mandatory.
