We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Porter to join our maintenance team. The Porter position plays a vital role in supporting site management by ensuring that the property grounds remain pristine and well-maintained. The primary focus will be to keep all exterior and interior common areas free of litter, maintain clear and accessible egress points, as well as perform minor repairs and upkeep tasks on site. This role demands physical stamina and a hands-on approach, as the Porter will be actively involved in sweeping hallways, entryways, and walkways regularly to uphold the aesthetic standards of the property.

Beyond cleaning duties, the Porter will be responsible for identifying maintenance issues such as damaged fencing, patios, and lighting fixtures, promptly reporting or addressing these concerns when possible. Routine maintenance responsibilities also fall within this role's scope, which include changing light bulbs, lubricating hinges, replacing filters, and assisting with furniture relocation. This position requires a proactive attitude, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and with the maintenance team to resolve issues promptly.

Safety is a top priority in this role, and all tasks must be conducted in adherence to OSHA standards and company policies to protect both employees and tenants. The position also demands flexible task management as the Porter will occasionally undertake additional duties as assigned by supervisors to ensure smooth operations across the property.
