We are currently seeking a full-time Porter to join our maintenance and site management team. The Porter plays a crucial supporting role in keeping the property grounds pristine, orderly, and safe. This involves ensuring all property areas are free of litter, sweeping hallways, walkways, and entryways, as well as maintaining egress points clear and accessible at all times. The role requires identifying and addressing minor repair issues such as fixing perimeter fencing, patios, and light fixtures to maintain the property’s functionality and visual appeal. Additionally, the Porter assists maintenance staff with routine tasks like changing light bulbs, greasing hinges, changing filters, and moving furniture. The successful candidate will work outdoors frequently, executing physical tasks such as bending, stooping, reaching, and walking the property for extended periods, all while adhering to OSHA safety standards.
