Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- chauffeur’s license or CDL preferred
- ability to safely operate vehicles and equipment
- ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods
- reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Job Qualifications

- previous porter or lot attendant experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- move vehicles and equipment safely around the lot and facility
- manage vehicle flow for incoming, outgoing, and customer-ready units
- assist with basic vehicle inspections, cleanliness, and readiness
- maintain a clean, organized, and professional lot and facility
- manage keys and support vehicle organization and tracking
- stage vehicles for customer viewings, delivery, or transport
- assist with loading and unloading vehicles as needed
- perform general facility upkeep duties as assigned
- follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- support daily operations and assist the sales and operations teams as needed
