Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Automotive experience preferred
- Clear close vision required
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to pull, push, carry, walk and stand for 5 plus hours
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to withstand exposure to working near moving mechanical parts
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle

Job Duties
- Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
- Maintain daily housekeeping of office interior including emptying garbage, cleaning floors, and dusting work areas
- Maintain daily housekeeping of production area including waste disposal, floor sweeping, and organizing tools and equipment
- Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion including shoveling sidewalks when necessary
- Pre-wash customer vehicles prior to repairs
- Clean customer vehicles both interior and exterior after repairs
- Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs
