Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of residential or apartment cleaning experience
  • Ability to work weekends and extended hours
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting up to 125 pounds
  • Capability to operate cleaning equipment including pressure washers
  • Good communication skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to work as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • Residential or apartment experience
  • Must be able to work some weekends and extended hours
  • Ability to walk and stand for long periods with frequent interruptions
  • Ability to bend, carry, and climb stairs in various weather conditions
  • Manual dexterity with normal hand and finger movement and coordination
  • Ability to occasionally lift, carry, position, or move objects weighing up to 125 pounds
  • Ability to operate a pressure washer system for exterior use

Job Duties

  • Cleans office, public access areas, and models as directed
  • Cleans apartments thoroughly after move-out or vacant units to prepare for new residents
  • Keeps model units and public access areas clean and maintains these areas
  • Monitors and reports on the inventory of cleaning supplies
  • Responsible for trash and debris removal from the trash compactor and dumpster areas
  • Maintains the housekeeping storage room
  • Reports any maintenance concerns or repairs in unoccupied apartments, models, and common areas to the Property Manager
  • Helps maintenance staff and other staff members as needed
