Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, carry up to 50 lbs, and climb or reach as needed
- follow federal, state, and local safety, sanitation, and maintenance standards
- comfortable operating tools and equipment
- dependable and proactive
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- friendly and outgoing with strong communication skills
- ability to operate basic tools and equipment safely
- self-motivated and organized
- able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- attention to detail and pride in cleanliness
Job Duties
- Keep property shining-clean
- sanitize and maintain assigned areas throughout the restaurant and grounds
- empty trash and pick up litter
- perform light maintenance such as replacing bulbs and unclogging drains
- maintain shared spaces including windows, floors, furniture, and drapes
- help with limited grounds maintenance like mowing and trimming
- check property for safety hazards and report issues to management
- ensure heating, cooling, and cleaning supplies are stocked
- adjust cleaning and maintenance priorities based on restaurant needs
- support team wherever needed
