This particular role is a Porter position, which plays a vital support role in enhancing the repair experience for customers. The Porter is primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of customer vehicles and the shop environment, ensuring that each vehicle is handled with care before and after repairs. This role involves various tasks such as pre-washing cars, cleaning interiors and exteriors post-repair, transporting vehicles to sublet locations, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the facility including parking lots and grounds. Safety and attention to detail are paramount to ensure that all vehicles and work areas meet company standards.

The position offers an hourly wage ranging from $15.00 to $18.00 depending on experience, indicating a compensation structure that values skill and dedication. Job Duties

  • Execute WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan consistently
  • maintain daily housekeeping of office interior including emptying garbage, cleaning floors, and dusting countertops
  • maintain housekeeping of production area including waste disposal, sweeping, and organization of tools
  • maintain cleanliness and orderliness of parking lots and grounds including snow shoveling
  • pre-wash customer vehicles before repairs
  • clean exterior and interior of vehicles post-repair
  • transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs
